Lesson Scheduling - Session Three March 20 - June 30

Hey Raynham Riders,

Sorry for the delay in getting the schedule posted.  Unfortunately the ice storm and power outages on Thursday & Friday meant no internet/computer and then with Easter celebrations on Saturday & Sunday made it challenging to get revised.  Also, only about half the riders submitted a form which didn't allow me to make many changes since I didn't know when everyone is available.

****For tonight, if the Monday riders could come at the same time as last week, that would be appreciated as I am unsure if everyone will see this in time.  The revised schedule will start tomorrow - Tuesday, March 28th. ***

If anyone is still scheduled for a time that does not work, please let me know ASAP.  The openings in the schedule are highlighted in green so check if one of those times works instead!

NOTES:
Lily B. - If 4:30pm is too early, you can stay in the group at 5pm, let me know!
Ida M. - I wasn't able to change your lesson but come mid April, I will almost definitely be able to switch it back.  I hope that's okay!
Cam B. - Tuesdays for now, then Wed @ 7pm come May.  Another option is Sunday at 12:30pm. Let me know which you prefer!

Thanks again for your support and understanding, I am working on coming up with a better way to schedule lessons in the future!

Thursday, March 24th - Classes ARE running this evening

Hey Raynham Riders,

This weather is definitely unpleasant but the rain/freezing rain has stopped here and they are calling for it to switch over to rain.   When I went into town, the roads were just wet, not icy so we are still planning to run classes this evening.  If you are concerned about the driving conditions in your area, just let me know and you can reschedule.

Stay safe!

Session Three Lessons

Hey Raynham Riders,

Happy first day of spring! I'm excited that so many riders are returning this session. Today is the first day of the new session and I had to make quite a few changes to the schedule to accomodate the riders returning from the winter off or students picking up an additional class.

I've received quite a few emails with issues/conflicts with the proposed changes. As much as I hate to do it, I need to request that all students submit a lesson availability form again (like we do in the fall) since it looks like I have to start from scratch with the schedule. The lesson availability form can be found here: http://www.raynhamstables.com/online-lesson-registration-form.html. I would appreciate riders doing their best to come at the posted time this week (March 20th - 26th) so that I can have a few days to collect the forms and try to create an improved schedule. I will post the revised schedule Friday, March 25th and it will begin Monday, March 28th. If you absolutely cannot make your proposed time this week, please let me know so I can suggest an alternate time.

I appreciate everyone support - scheduling is by far the trickiest part of my job!

Tentative Session Three Lesson Schedule

Hey Raynham Riders,

I'm happy and excited to see that many familiar faces will be back next session.   That being said, fitting in that many riders did require many changes to the schedule.  Please take the time to review the schedule below and let me know ASAP if your lesson has been moved to a time that does not work for you.  I appreciate everyones cooperation, it was very challenging and I did my best to accomodate everyone.

Please let me know!

Tuesday, March 1st - Classes are running tonight.

Hey Raynham Riders,

As of right now it's not snowing so we have not cancelled classes for this evening.  As it is supposed to pick up again later this evening, I have contacted some of the students that ride at the end of the night to cancel/reschedule those individuals.  If you ride earlier in the evening and are concerned about the driving, please let me know.

Drive safe tonight!

Nikki

PS - I've had multiple people email me to let me know that the blog posts are emailed to them the following day.   Unfortunately that is the way feed burners work - they send out all posts in one email on the next day.  There is no way to have the blog email immediately so please remember to check the blog before heading to the barn during inclement weather to ensure classes are running.
