We are having our 4th Annual Holiday Banquet at Le Jardin on
Friday, November 30th! We are going to have a terrific silent auction,
door prizes, a delicious meal, music, dancing and our in-house and off-property
high-point awards. We would like to emphasize that the banquet it open to all of our riders and their friends
and families. It's great to see everyone out of your barn grubbies
and have a fun evening out together!
Menu:
Butternut Squash Soup
Penne Rose
Veal Scalloppini & Grilled Chicken Breast
A select Veal Scalloppini served in a white wine and mushroom
sauce accompanied by a tender Breast of Chicken grilled to perfection and
infused in a Rosemary jus served with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables
Romandicchio Salad
Mixed Field Greens along with Romaine and Radicchio Lettuce
dressed in our homemade Balsamic-Honey Vinaigrette.
Dessert a Trois
A sweet trio consisting of Tiramisu, Mini Lemon Cheesecake and a
Mini Chocolate Mousse
The tickets are $60
including HST. If you would like to
