Raynham Fun Night Schedule

NOTES:

• PLEASE ensure that you are here 20 min before your time.  We have 95 riders participating so we need to stay on schedule! 
• Riders should come to the tack up area 20 min before their time. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to arrive earlier but please watch from the bleachers until 20 min before your time.
• Parents and all other spectators should enter through the back door of the arena to get to the spectator area. 
• No parents/spectators in the barns or tack-up area please and no dogs allowed for this event - I anticipate it will be too busy.
• Please feel free to bring blankets to sit on / wrap up in. We will also have a patio heater running for warmth!
• Potluck will be in the camp trailer, please bring any contributions there – thank you!
• We will be parking in the jumping ring as well as in the parking lot. Please use the jumping ring if you have snow tires or all-wheel drive and save the parking lot for those that do not.
• Costumes for riders are encouraged! If everyone in your line or routine wears a matching colour sweater, it would look great! If you are unable to coordinate you’re your group, try to wear red or green! 
• Horse costumes will be subject to time between routines. If you’d like to put something special on your horse, you should aim to arrive for 5:30pm to dress them up before the show starts and they would wear it for all the routines.  
• Intermediate/Advanced Riders: We need HELPERS - if you are able to help before or after you ride (or if you're just doing pony games!) please let me know!
