Welcome
Danielle & Kyleigh!
We are very excited to welcome Danielle and
Kyleigh to our regular coaching staff here at Raynham Stables. Both have been riders here are Raynham for
many years and are members of our show team. They have both had a very successful show
season this year, qualifying for the Provincial Championships last month and
will be traveling to US with Nikki and Lindsay at the end of the month to
compete at the Virginia Park Horse Trials. Danielle
and Kyleigh completed a coaching mentorship program with us this past spring
and summer and were two of our fabulous instructors at camp this summer. They will be coaching beginner to novice/intermediate
level lessons for us this year. We are
very pleased to have two such enthusiastic, hard-working and talented riders join
our coaching team. As they are just
getting to know their students, please feel free to provide them (or
Lindsay/Nikki) with any feedback that you feel would be helpful!
Make-up
Lesson Policies and Procedures
In case you have not review the make-up lesson policy from the website, I have included it below:
- Students may have one make-up lesson per session. Students must provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, preferably via email, to receive a make-up lesson.
- Make-up lessons will be in a group lesson, regardless of the lesson type missed.
- Make-up lessons must be scheduled by the end of the session but may be booked for the following session, as long as the student is still enrolled in lessons.
- Make-up lessons are non-transferable and cannot be deducted off the next session fees.
- If you provide at least 7 days notice that you are going to miss a lesson (i.e. for an appointment or vacation), you can reschedule the class and it will not count as your make-up for the session.
- Under no circumstances may students receive a make-up lesson for a missed make-up lesson.
To book a make-up lesson, please use the
online scheduler, (http://www.raynhamstables.com/online-lesson-scheduling.html). Follow the steps listed to book a make-up in
an appropriate group lesson. Enter the
code “S1MAKEUP” when booking to the scheduler knows the class has already been
paid for. Please email Nikki if you have
any issues.
Halloween
Schooling Show – Saturday Oct 25th
All students are welcome to participate in
the schooling show. There are classes
available for all levels of riders as well as the always-entertaining Halloween
Costume Class! If you are interested in participating, you can enter online, http://www.raynhamstables.com/entry-form.html. Please register by Thursday, October 23rd and
start times will be posted on the blog on Friday, October24th by 4pm. Please note that there are no classes this
day.

Royal
Winter Fair Tickets – Saturday, November 8th
We have reserved a group of tickets for the
Royal again this year! Includes all day admission as well as admission to the
7:00pm evening show. There’s always
great shopping, interesting exhibits and exciting shows. If you are interested in joining us, please
reserve your ticket by sending an email with Royal Winter Fair in the subject line. Please
specify if you would prefer BLUE or GREEN level tickets (or either if you do
not have a preference).
Tickets are $50.75 for GREEN level (Row J)
and $47.25 for BLUE (Row K & L) including taxes and fees and MUST be paid
by cash or e-Transfer only (NO CHEQUES) by Thursday, October 30th. Please make sure you pick up your tickets
from the farm before the show, as we cannot leave tickets at the Will Call
window.
Raynham
Holiday Banquet – Friday, November 28th
SAVE THE DATE! Join us for the 6th Annual Raynham Holiday
and Awards Banquet. We are going to have a
terrific silent auction, door prizes, a delicious buffet dinner, music, dancing
and our in-house and off-property high-point awards. We would like to
emphasize that the banquet is open to all of our riders and their
friends and families. It's great to see everyone out of your barn
grubbies and have a fun evening out together!
We have chosen a new venue this year, Riverstone Golf Club at Hwy 427
& Zenway, and we’re very excited to get to party somewhere new! Tickets are $60.00/person and can be reserved
now.
Lesson
Session Two: Monday, Oct 27th – Sunday, December 21st
Just a reminder to all students that the
next lesson session begins on Monday, October 28th. All students are automatically registered for
the following session unless you notify the office at least two-weeks prior to
the start of the next session to give us time to adjust the classes if
needed. If you need to make a change to
your lesson time, please let us know ASAP!
Invoices for next session will be emailed out this week.
We are very excited about all the upcoming
events this fall! Please let us know if
