Missed Lessons & How to Reschedule a Class

Hey Raynham Riders!

We realize that students occasionally have to miss a lesson so we have simplified our make-up lesson policy as much as possible.

Spaces to reschedule are made available by other students canceling with sufficient notice, so please be courteous and PROVIDE AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE if you are going to miss a class. It can be difficult to find an open spot, especially during the busy spring and fall months so, please do not cancel unnecessarily as we cannot guarantee you will be able to find a spot to make up a missed class.

How to Cancel: Simply email the office to notify us that you need to cancel and we will send you a booking code so you can rebook using the online scheduler.

Cancellation Policy Fine Print: 

• Early cancellation private lessons: There may not be an opening to rebook a private lesson, so you may need to book a group class instead.
• Make-up lessons are only available to students currently enrolled in lessons. If you discontinue classes, any unused make-up lessons are void. 
• Make-up lessons are non-transferable and cannot be deducted from the next session fees. 
• All make-up lessons must be booked within the session they are missed. 
• There are no makeups for missed make-up lessons. 
• In the unlikely event that Raynham Stables has to cancel a class, we will ensure that you are able to make-up the lesson or we will deduct it from your fees for the next session.

North Country and MacMillans! Both offer wonderful products: a variety of meats and seafood from NC and a selection of soups, dips, cookies and more from MacMillans.

All orders will be delivered to Raynham Stables December 13th...all orders are due November 22.

Holiday Banquet Ticket Sales

Hello Raynham Riders!

As you should all know by now the Holiday Banquet Tickets are for sale!  What a great night to hang out with your Barn friends, and family.  We would love to see ALL our riders, parents, grandparents, siblings, and kids!  It's a night to enjoy the Holiday Season, share a wonderful meal, play some fun games, shop the auction table, and cheer on the Show Team riders!

It doesn't matter if you ride once a week or every day...or just occasionally, we want you!

Where: Nobleton Lakes Golf Club
When: November 29, 2019, 6pm
Tickets: $75 adult, $40 child

Halloween Schooling Show Start Times Posted!

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for your patience getting the horse assignments posted, it's been a challenging week with Lindsay in Kentucky and being away myself the past two days.  A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped get the farm ready today and helped us sort out the horse assignments.  

We are so excited to have so many of you participating in the schooling show tomorrow.  Below are some important details:

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- We will be running warm-ups for the combined test divisions OUTSIDE - please dress warmly
- Please bring CASH or CHEQUE to pay for your entry.  

- Riders need to arrive at least 45 min before their ride time to do a fantastic grooming job and get tacked up.

- Head to the camp trailer when you arrive for registration & to pick up your number

- Show attire is not required, just dress neatly and warmly.

- Please leave dogs at home since it will be a busy day.

- Breakfast and lunch will be available for sale in the camp trailer!:
