Hey Everyone!
We are getting SUPER excited about our 13th Annual Raynham Holiday & Awards Banquet this Friday! If you have not yet submitted payment for your tickets, please do so ASAP as have finalized the numbers with the venue. I’ve had a few people ask about the dress code - feel free to use this event as an excuse to get dressed up! It’s always fun to see everyone out of their barn grubbies. Outfits in the past have ranged from khakis and a polo shirt to semi-formal dresses. If you would like to purchase drinks, the bar is a cash bar (they accept cash, debit, or credit). We will be running some games you might want cash for, and we can accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer for the silent auction.
Here is the tentative schedule for the evening:
6:00 pm - Doors Open
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Cocktail hour - raffle games & silent auction opens!
7:00 pm - Dinner is served!
8:00 pm - Dessert & Awards Presentation
8:30 pm - Dancing & Games!
9:00 pm - Raffle Draws
9:30 pm - Silent Auction Closes
10:00 pm - Banquet Ends
